We use the Internet and E-mail to exchange files, as well as overnight shipping. We import Photoshop and Illustrator files; as well as other file formats into into LightWave 3-D.
Each project comes together on our StratoSphere Finishing Workstation. The Sphere is fully Appleshare and Quicktime compatible. The Sphere media server employs a DCT based compression algorithm that provides direct compatibility with digital formats.
The Sphere is the first non-linear finishing system to incorporate real-time alpha channel playback and recording capabilities. Integrated alpha channel playback and processing allows the Sphere to perform true multi-layer compositing. Fifty video layers can be composited together in a single pass eliminating generation loss, keeping the key signal intact.
